WILL CALL SERVICE

Will Call Service is for rush orders to meet immediate needs. Inventory availability must be confirmed by your Customer Service Representative.

Large orders will take longer to process and may not be available for same day or next day service. Please contact your Customer Service Representative for individual order details.

Will Call Service requests may be declined due to daily business volume; however, alternatives will be provided by Customer Service.

Combining multiple small orders to will call at the same time may not always be achievable. 

 

 General Guidelines for Will Call Orders

 

• Orders placed and entered BEFORE 11:00 AM local time will be available for pick up after 3:00 PM the same day.

 

• Orders placed and entered after 12:00 PM local time will be available for pick up the following business day at after 9:00 AM.

 

• Revisions and/or add-ons are not permitted for Will Call Service.

 

• Orders not picked up after 3 business days will be automatically cancelled.

 

All visitors to the shipping area must wear appropriate safety attire including safety vest, safety glasses, and closed toe shoes. Visitors will not be admitted without the proper safety attire.

Please have your MAPEI order/confirmation number available when you arrive to pick up your order to avoid delays.
